Our fully equipped coffee trailer brings the complete Groovy Whiskers experience directly to your event. With this option, we serve a large variety of espresso-based coffees, cold brew, teas, and other specialty beverages from our mobile trailer while creating a fun, groovy atmosphere for your guests!
Public Events:
Perfect for festivals, markets, sporting events, concerts, and other high-traffic gatherings.
At public events, attendees purchase their own drinks directly from us. This option works best for events where organizers want to provide a beverage experience without covering beverage costs.
Host-Sponsored Events:
Perfect for weddings, employee appreciation events, community gatherings, and private parties.
Fully-Sponsored Service: The event host covers all beverage costs so guests can enjoy drinks at no charge.

Option #1: Coffee Trailer
All the groovy vibes in a compact setup! Our Coffee Table Setup brings the Groovy Whiskers experience to locations where a full trailer isn't needed or practical. Featuring a streamlined menu of our handcrafted iced lattes, this setup is perfect for smaller gatherings, indoor venues, and community-focused events.
With a smaller footprint and flexible setup options, we can serve guests efficiently while creating an inviting coffee bar experience almost anywhere.
Private Events:
Perfect for meetings, office events, showers, parties, and other intimate gatherings, creating a memorable coffee bar experience without the space requirements of a full trailer.
With private service, the event host covers all beverage costs so guests can enjoy drinks at no charge. We offer customized packages based on guest count, service time, and menu selections. An example of our basic package is included below:
Guests choose a 12 oz Iced Latte w/ Choice of Flavor, Milk, and Cold Foam
Minimum 30 Guests and Minimum 2 Hours of Service Time
$6 per Drink + $100 Deposit & Sales Tax

Option #2: Coffee Table
Our coffee catering options are perfect for meetings, parties, office gatherings, and events that need great coffee without a full-service coffee bar. We prepare everything in advance, making it easy to provide delicious beverages for your guests. Choose from our cold brew bundles or bottled lattes, all crafted with the same quality ingredients as drinks served directly from our trailer. Pick-Up or Delivery Options Available ($5-15 Delivery Fee Depending on Location).
Cold Brew Bundles:
Our signature cold brew is perfect for self-serve beverage stations, meetings, staff lounges, bridal suite refreshments, and more.
We have two cold brew catering options, each serving 10 guests per bundle, including 1 gallon of cold brew, cups, lids, and straws. Note: Ice is not included.
Just the Brew Catering Bundle: $25 + Applicable Delivery Fees & Sales Tax
Flavored Cold Brew Catering Bundle: $55 + Applicable Delivery Fees & Sales Tax
Bottled Lattes: $6 per Bottle + Applicable Delivery Fees & Sales Tax

Our 12oz bottled lattes are always fresh and made to order with two shots of espresso, your choice of flavor, and milk.
